Section 40-2-24 - Prohibition against duplication of keys.
§ 40-2-24 Prohibition against duplication of keys. – Every key for maximum security units of the several institutions under the control of the department of human services shall contain embossed thereon the state seal with the words "do not duplicate," and whoever reproduces or causes to be reproduced any key without a written order from the director of human services shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
