Chapter 40-15 - Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
Chapter 40-15-2 - Applicability of license, permit, and bond provisions.
§ 40-15-2 Applicability of license, permit, and bond provisions. – Any requirement of this state for a license, permit, or the posting of a bond to entitle an agency to place children shall not apply to a public sending agency (within the meaning of the interstate compact on the placement of children) of or in another state party to the interstate compact on the placement of children.
