Chapter 39-14 - Taxicabs and Limited Public Motor Vehicles
Chapter 39-14-19 - Owners exempt from other financial responsibility requirements.
§ 39-14-19 Owners exempt from other financial responsibility requirements. – No owner of a taxicab or limited public motor vehicle, who shall have complied with the requirements of § 39-14-18, shall be required to furnish evidence of financial responsibility under any other provision of law with respect to the taxicab or limited public motor vehicle.
