RI Gen L § 36-4-3 (2012) What's This?

§ 36-4-3 Branches of classified service. – The classified service shall be divided into a competitive branch and a noncompetitive branch. The competitive branch shall consist of all positions in the classified service except those assigned to the noncompetitive branch as hereinafter provided.
