Chapter 34-9-5 - Expense of proceedings.
§ 34-9-5 Expense of proceedings. – The just charges and expenses of the commissioners shall be ascertained and allowed by the court; any further costs of the proceedings shall be taxed in the usual manner; and all the costs and expenses shall be apportioned by the court upon all parties interested as aforesaid, in such proportions or amounts as the court shall deem equitable.
