RI Gen L § 34-13-10 (2012) What's This?

§ 34-13-10 Return of recorded documents. – Any instrument presented for recording in the records of land evidence, which original is intended to be returned to the person recording or to an address previously indicated, shall be forwarded within one hundred eighty (180) days of the date the instrument was actually recorded.
