RI Gen L § 33-19-10 (2012) What's This?

§ 33-19-10 Notice of sale at auction. – Before making any sale at auction, the executor, administrator, or guardian shall publish notice of the time, place, and conditions of sale for four (4) successive weeks in some public newspaper designated by the court in the decree authorizing the sale, and shall give additional notice of the auction sale in such manner as the court in its decree may direct.
