Chapter 33-15.1-38 - Allowances to guardians.
§ 33-15.1-38 Allowances to guardians. Probate courts are authorized to allow in the settlement of the accounts of any guardian any reasonable sums as the guardian shall have paid for the suitable support of his or her ward and family, and also a reasonable compensation to the guardian for his or her services.
