§ 33-15.1-28 General duties with respect to person and estate. – Every guardian of the person shall take suitable charge of the person over whom he or she shall be appointed guardian, and every guardian of the estate of another shall manage the same frugally and without waste, and shall apply the income and profits of the estate or so much as may be necessary and proper to the support and maintenance of the ward and his or her household or family.
