§ 37-8-6.2 State House restoration and preservation account.


§ 37-8-6.2 State House restoration and preservation account. – There is hereby created within the general fund a restricted receipts account known as the State House restoration and preservation account. The purpose of the account shall be to accept donations from the State House restoration society, which shall be used exclusively for the restoration, preservation, betterment, and benefit of the Rhode Island State House located on Smith Street in Providence, Rhode Island.
