§ 37-8-15 Access for people with disabilities.


§ 37-8-15 Access for people with disabilities. – The design of all public buildings to be constructed, leased, or rented by the state or any municipality of the state must be in compliance with all the standards promulgated by the Rhode Island State Building Code, chapter 27.3 of title 23, which make buildings and facilities accessible to and usable by people with disabilities.
