§ 37-8-1.2 Vacating by family court – Westerly townhall.
§ 37-8-1.2 Vacating by family court – Westerly townhall. – When the family court vacates that portion of the Westerly town hall premises which it now owns and occupies, the director of the department of administration is hereby authorized and empowered to convey the state's entire interest in the premises to the town of Westerly. The consideration for the sale shall be one dollar ($1.00). The town of Westerly shall be responsible for all costs associated with the conveyance.
