CHAPTER 34-28 Mechanics' Liens
§ 34-28-37 Severability.
§ 34-28-37 Severability. – If any part or parts of this chapter shall be held to be unconstitutional, that unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this chapter. The general assembly hereby declares that it would have enacted the remaining parts of this chapter if it had known that the part or parts thereof would be declared unconstitutional.
