CHAPTER 34-28 Mechanics' Liens
§ 34-28-32.2 Construction.
§ 34-28-32.2 Construction. – This chapter is intended to afford a liberal remedy to all who have contributed labor, material, or equipment towards adding to the value of property to which the lien attaches and should be construed accordingly.
