§ 34-19-8 Appeal not allowed – New trial – Judgment not bar to further action.


§ 34-19-8 Appeal not allowed – New trial – Judgment not bar to further action. – No appeal shall be allowed from the judgment of the court, nor shall a new trial be granted, in this proceeding, nor shall the judgment be a bar to any action thereafter brought by either party.
