CHAPTER 34-13 Recording Of Instruments
§ 34-13-8 Fees for attachments, executions, and mechanics' lien accounts.
§ 34-13-8 Fees for attachments, executions, and mechanics' lien accounts. – The fees allowed to recording officers for receiving and filing the following described instruments shall be as follows:
Writ of attachment or execution
affecting title to real estate $10.00
Account under mechanics' lien law 10.00
Writ of attachment or lien affecting
title to mobile and manufactured homes 2.00
