§ 15-23.1-905 Jurisdiction.
§ 15-23.1-905 Jurisdiction. – The Rhode Island family court, and where specifically authorized by law, the Rhode Island division of taxation within the department of administration, shall have jurisdiction of any proceeding under this chapter.
