§ 5-8-23 - Deposit of fees.
SECTION 5-8-23
§ 5-8-23 Deposit of fees. – (a) The proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited as general revenues.
(b) The board is empowered to collect any fees and charges that are prescribed in this chapter and to apply those fees and charges to the cost of fulfilling the requirements and responsibilities of this chapter. The board shall share proportionately with the board of registration of professional land surveyors the expenses of operating the two (2) boards.
