§ 46-9-35 - Inspection – Fees.

SECTION 46-9-35

   § 46-9-35  Inspection – Fees. – The director of the department of environmental management shall have the authority to inspect all vessels on behalf of the pilotage commission for the purpose of enforcing this chapter. The director shall charge a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each vessel so inspected. The director shall place all money collected pursuant to this section into a restricted receipt account entitled the "Vessel Pilot Inspection Program" and shall use the money collected to support activities under this chapter.
