§ 46-9-30 - Surrender of suspended or revoked license.

SECTION 46-9-30

   § 46-9-30  Surrender of suspended or revoked license. – A pilot whose license has been revoked or suspended shall surrender his or her license to the commission who shall retain it until the period of his or her suspension shall expire.
