SECTION 46-9.1-14

   § 46-9.1-14  Duration and renewal of licenses. – Any license issued under this chapter shall run concurrently with the applicant's federal license issued by a duly constituted authority of the United States for the applicable waters of this state, and may be renewed upon renewal of the federal license.
