§ 46-8-7 - Penalty for violations.

§ 46-8-7 Penalty for violations. – Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall pay a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).
