§ 46-20-5 - Costs.

SECTION 46-20-5

   § 46-20-5  Costs. – The costs of the petition and all the proceedings thereon under this chapter shall be taxed at the discretion of the town council or of the court, and execution shall issue therefor as in civil cases.
