§ 45-5-13 - Administration of oaths and engagements.

SECTION 45-5-13

   § 45-5-13  Administration of oaths and engagements. – The town council of any town, and each of the members of the town council, may administer oaths in any matter pending before the council, and may engage town officers upon their warrants or commissions, and a record shall be made, or a certificate given, of these engagements.
