§ 45-40-3 - Studies with others.

SECTION 45-40-3

   § 45-40-3  Studies with others. – Subject to the approval of the city or town council, the commission may join in research and studies with others, and may receive gifts of funds to conduct the studies or to further its aims and purpose.
