§ 45-4-4 - Duplicate lists of electors.
SECTION 45-4-4
§ 45-4-4 Duplicate lists of electors. – A duplicate list of the qualified electors in each of the towns shall be prepared for use in town meetings held under the provisions of §§ 45-4-2 and 45-4-3.All the provisions of law relative to the preparation, furnishing, and use of voting lists apply to these duplicate lists.
