§ 45-38.1-24 - Severability.
SECTION 45-38.1-24
§ 45-38.1-24 Severability. – If any section, clause, provision, or portion of this chapter is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, that holding shall not affect any other section, clause, or provision of this chapter which is not in and of itself unconstitutional.
