§ 45-28-1 - Definitions.
SECTION 45-28-1
§ 45-28-1 Definitions. – As used in this chapter, the term "housing authority" means a housing authority established pursuant to the housing authorities law (chapters 25 – 27 of this title); and the term "governing body" means in the case of a city, the council, board, or other body charged with governing the city, and, in the case of a town, the town council.
