§ 45-27-8 - Negotiability of bonds.

SECTION 45-27-8

   § 45-27-8  Negotiability of bonds. – Notwithstanding any provision of any law to the contrary, any bonds, interim certificates, or other obligations issued pursuant to this chapter are fully negotiable.
