§ 45-16-8 - Election of special constables.

SECTION 45-16-8

   § 45-16-8  Election of special constables. – Every town council may elect for any amount of time, not exceeding one year, that they may determine, one or more special constables, who shall be commissioned and engaged, but shall not be required to give bond.
