§ 44-9-45 Jurisdiction of proceedings to establish title – Practice and procedure. – The superior court shall have jurisdiction of petitions under §§ 44-9-40 – 44-9-44 and, except as provided in this chapter, practice and procedure under these sections shall conform as nearly as possible to the superior court practice, rules, regulations, and procedure.
