§ 42-62-22 Annual report on the health condition of the state and health expenditures. – The director of the department of health shall make an annual report to the governor and the members of the general assembly not later than January 30 of each year outlining in specific detail the health conditions of the people of the state, the level of health services available to the people of the state, the amount of funds spent in the previous year by public and private agencies and consumers for health services and unmet health needs of the people of the state, the amounts of moneys disbursed for the entitlements established under this chapter, and the amounts of moneys which may be needed according to actuarial estimates to meet these entitlements in the following two (2) years.
