§ 42-28.6-3 - Disclosure of personal information.

SECTION 42-28.6-3

   § 42-28.6-3  Disclosure of personal information. – No law enforcement officer shall be required or requested to disclose any item of his or her property, income, assets, source of income, debts, or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of his or her family or household) unless that information is necessary in investigating a possible conflict of interest with respect to the performance of his or her official duties, or unless the disclosure is required by law.
