§ 42-125-5.2 - Chair and other officers.
SECTION 42-125-5.2
§ 42-125-5.2 Chair and other officers. – Upon the passage of this act, the council shall elect from among its members a chair. Thereafter, the council shall annually elect in February a chair from among the members. The council may elect from among its members such other officers as it deems necessary.
