SECTION 41-9.1-30

   § 41-9.1-30  Use of device to obtain advantage at casino game – Forfeiture – Notice. – If, in playing a game in a licensed casino, the person uses, or assists another in the use of, an electronic, electrical or mechanical device which is designed, constructed, or programmed specifically for use in obtaining an advantage at playing any game in a licensed casino, such action is prohibited and is punishable by imprisonment for a period of one year and/or a fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000). In addition, any device used by any person in violation of this section shall be subject to forfeiture. Each casino licensee shall post notice of this prohibition and the penalties of this section in a manner determined by the state lottery division.
