§ 41-9.1-14 Promulgation of operational rules and regulations. – Upon the licensing of a casino under the provisions of this chapter, the state lottery division shall have authority to issue such regulations as it deems appropriate pertaining to the operation and management of the facility, the hiring of employees thereof, the establishment of compulsive gambling treatment programs, the conduct of gaming, electronic funds transfer terminals, audits, annual reports, prohibited conduct and such other matters as the state lottery division shall determine.
