§ 41-5-22 - Rules and regulations.

SECTION 41-5-22

   § 41-5-22  Rules and regulations. – The division of racing and athetics may make such rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this chapter as it may deem necessary. The rules and regulations may provide for and regulate the granting of a special permit for exhibitions where no decision is to be rendered and where a skilled boxer or boxers merely demonstrate the science of boxing.
