§ 41-4-11 Entry of premises for inspection of operations. – The division of racing and athletics may authorize members of the division or duly authorized deputies to enter upon the premises at any racing event for the purpose of inspecting books and records, supervising and examining cashiers, ticket sellers, pool sellers, and other persons handling money at the event and such other supervision as may be necessary for the maintenance of order at the event.
