§ 40-9-16 - Immunity from liability.
SECTION 40-9-16
§ 40-9-16 Immunity from liability. – No person, who shall render any report required by § 40-9-15, shall be subject to a suit in a civil action, or liable for civil damages, in any action or proceedings arising out of the information contained in the reports submitted.
