§ 40-9-13 - Federal business enterprises funds.

SECTION 40-9-13

   § 40-9-13  Federal business enterprises funds. – The general treasurer shall receive and provide for the proper custody of all funds paid to the state from the federal treasury under the provisions of the Public Law 80-165, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., and shall disburse the funds upon orders drawn by the state controller upon receipt by him or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
