§ 40-7-4 - Effect of existing reciprocal agreements.
SECTION 40-7-4
§ 40-7-4 Effect of existing reciprocal agreements. – Entry by the state into the New England welfare compact with another state shall supersede existing reciprocal agreements with that state but shall in no way abrogate or replace compacts or agreements entered into with other states pursuant to § 40-6-24.
