CHAPTER 40-1 - Department of Human Services
§ 40-1-4.1 - Name change.

SECTION 40-1-4.1

   § 40-1-4.1  Name change. – The department of social and rehabilitative services is hereby renamed the department of human services. Whenever in the general or public laws there appears any reference to the department of social and rehabilitative services, such reference shall be construed to refer to the department of human services.
