§ 40.1-5-15 - Staff of mental health advocate.

§ 40.1-5-15 Staff of mental health advocate. – The mental health advocate may appoint such assistants as may be deemed necessary whose powers and duties shall be similar to those imposed upon the mental health advocate by law and shall be performed under and by the advice and direction of the mental health advocate.
