§ 40.1-26-3.1 - Applicant's rights.

SECTION 40.1-26-3.1

   § 40.1-26-3.1  Applicant's rights. – In addition to any other rights provided by state or federal laws, an applicant, as defined in this chapter, shall be entitled to:

   (1) Notification in a timely manner regarding his or her application;

   (2) Receive information regarding the appeal process;

   (3) Receive information regarding the scope and availability of services.
