§ 40.1-22-29 Applicability to acts done, rights accrued, or orders prior to enactment of chapter. – Nothing contained in this chapter shall affect or impair the validity of any act done or right accruing, accrued or acquired, or any order, judgment, or status established prior to the enactment thereof.
