§ 40.1-21-2 - Division of developmental disabilities established.

SECTION 40.1-21-2

   § 40.1-21-2  Division of developmental disabilities established. – There shall be established a division of developmental disabilities within the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals to carry out the intent and purposes of this chapter. There shall be an executive director of the division of developmental disabilities within the department who shall serve as the chief executive of the division.
