§ 40.1-21-13 - Other obligations.

SECTION 40.1-21-13

   § 40.1-21-13  Other obligations. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to relieve any agency, state or local, from its obligations to provide services to the developmentally disabled citizens of this state.
