§ 40.1-21-11 References to director or assistant director of social welfare. – Whenever, in any general or special law, reference is or shall be made to the director of social welfare or the assistant director of social welfare for curative services pertaining to the Doctor Joseph H. Ladd Center, programs, and services for people who are mentally retarded, the reference shall mean, and be construed to mean the director of mental health, retardation, and hospitals.
