§ 40.1-2-15 - Application of proceeds of sale.

SECTION 40.1-2-15

   § 40.1-2-15  Application of proceeds of sale. – The proceeds from the advertised public sale or sales, when received by the fiscal agent, shall be treated by him or her in the same manner as is provided for in §§ 40.1-2-7 – 40.1-2-10.
