§ 40.1-1-6 - Offices of department.
SECTION 40.1-1-6
§ 40.1-1-6 Offices of department. – The department of administration shall furnish the state department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals offices in which to transact its business and keep its records. Those offices shall be open for business each day of the year except Sundays and legal holidays during such hours as may be prescribed by the director.
